Warranty
Kunkel musical instruments are covered by a limited warranty to the original purchaser for life
against defective materials and/or workmanship.
Upon notice of any defect, Bruce J. Kunkel will repair or replace, at his option any defective part or material.
Purchaser shall assume and pay the cost of all shipping handling and postage charges of the repaired instrument.
Damage incurred by misuse, accident, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finish due to changes in
temperature and humidity is not covered under this warranty.
Altering the instrument from its original purpose, the use of strings heavier than intended or refinishing, or
customization beyond the makers original work will render warranty null and void.
This is the sole warranty of Bruce J. Kunkel and includes the warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
No other written or oral warrant applies.
